Easy BBQ Pulled Pork

2 lb pork loin
½ cup minced onion
1 cup tomato sauce
1 Tbls black strap molasses
1 Tbls apple cider vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 cup chicken broth

Remove all visible fat from the pork loin.

Place the pork and onions in a crock pot.

Mix the remaining ingredients. Pour over the pork and onions.

Cook on high for 2 hours. Turn crockpot to low and continue cooking fro another 6 hours.

Shred pork with two forks and serve.
